Q: How does it work?

A: Pretty simple really. You can order the kit on-line or call us. We send you the parts ASAP. You can either send us your core cylinder right away or wait until you receive the new stuff from us. Just be sure to include your contact info with the core so we can make sure you get your money!

Q: Is there a cylinder core charge?

A: Yes, The cylinder core charge is included in the price of the kit. When we receive your good core cylinder we will refund the core charge to you. The core charges vary by model and are listed on the page.

Q: What if you are out of stock on my model cylinder?

A: If for some reason we are out of stock on your model we will re-plate your cylinder on our RUSH SERVICE at no additional charge. Of course there also will be no core charge assessed.
